14 Floors and over 1500m2 of carpet tiles

We collaborated closely with the residents and block management to efficiently manage this extensive project. This included removing the existing carpet tiles, applying a rapid-setting latex smoothing compound to level the damaged base, installing new carpet tiles, and fitting new nosings to the staircases.
The technical details:
Carpet renewal to common areas to 14 floors, over 3 blocks total approx. 1500m2.
To take up and remove existing carpet and nosings.
Supply and lay P131 and latex smoothing compound.
Supply and lay Gradus Latour carpet tiles using tackifier fixing.
Supply and lay Gradus BSXH2 single section aluminium nosings using screw and adhesive fixing.
