Maple Block Floor repair at this Croydon School
When a client discovered a leak that had flooded their beautiful maple block floor, they turned to us for help. The water had left the blocks cupped and uneven, but with careful sanding we brought the surface back to level.
After filling and refinishing with Bona Mega, the floor regained its smooth, natural beauty and we left the property with the floor looking even better than before the damage.
Client was so happy we returned in December to carryout another 400m2 of repairs and sanding works
Technical details:
• Took individual blocks up, cleared of old adhesive and relayed.
• Floor sanded with a Bona 19 Flexi Sander 4D power plate, with a Bona Belt original 10 inch belt sander 250 drum using Bona Dustcare Vacuum.
